Here, I welcome you on a 16 days long trip where we will not just hit the road to explore the destination but unravel the hidden mysteries of Inca Civilization. Witness the ancient architecture and cultural traditions unfolding in front of your eyes. From salt flats to Machu Picchu and the Colonial charm of La Paz, I will let you immerse yourself in the adventure of the Andes.

I will open a new door to magical adventure each day so that you can get experience that lasts with you for a lifetime. So, join me on this magical trip where you will explore the ruins, immerse in the traditions, explore the local market, witness the authentic handloom and textile works, and cuisine that will leave you wanting more of it! Tentative Schedule

  • Day 1: Lima

    Welcome! Here comes the power pack adventure trip your way right in the next moment. Your arrival in Lima will mark the beginning of this trip, where I will pick you up to drop you off at your hotel. Once freshening up, you need to step out with me for a city tour. Today I will show you Lima's historical center, showcasing its colonial architecture and the iconic Plaza de Armas. Following that, I will take you to San Francisco to explore the monasteries and Larco Museum for admiring pre-Columbian art. Later at night I will brief you about the upcoming trip over dinner.

  • Day 2: Lima/Urubamba

    Hey Wanderlust, since the sun has risen, you have to step out to set out on our path for your next destination. Today you will fly above the clouds to reach Cusco and then drive via the serene path to reach Urubamba—located in the Sacred Valley. On this path, you will come to witness the ruins from Incan civilization and delve into their magical history. Later we’ll enjoy a traditional Andean dinner at a local restaurant, where you will also become familiar with the significance of dishes.

  • Day 3: Urubamba

    Incas has left the masterpiece for you to explore, marvel, and solve the mysteries that remain unsolved. We'll travel to the historic Ollantaytambo ruins, where you can see the Incas' amazing craftsmanship. You can explore the terrace of the temple and lose yourself in the beauty of Inca craftsmanship. After that, make sure to explore the market of Urubamba and lay your hands on some unique pottery and textiles as well as traditional crafts.

  • Day 4: Urubamba/Aguas Calientes

    You’ll have to go to the commuter train station for a picturesque ride to Aguas Calientes after breakfast. Beautiful views of the Sacred Valley can be seen during the train ride. Upon reaching, make sure to settle into our lodgings and then have a leisurely walk around this quaint town. As we get ready for our trip to this famous location tomorrow, I'll share some amazing facts about Machu Picchu with you in the evening.

  • Day 5: Aguas Calientes/Cusco

    Today I will take you to another exotic destination, Machu Picchu, used as a sacred place and refuge of the Inca Pachacuti and an astronomical observatory. It is one of the iconic citadels to explore. The enigmatic citadel will let you explore the Incas architecture and their exemplary craftsmanship. Before the sun sets, we will take you to Aguas Calientes, enjoy lunch, and head back to Cusco by train. Later in the evening, just lay back and enjoy the serene sight of the star-studded sky in Cusco.

  • Day 6: Cusco

    Every architecture from the past has lots of stories to tell. And so does the Inca architecture. Today I will take you to explore Sacsayhuamán—a citadel on the northern outskirts of the city of Cusco, Peru, the historic capital of the Inca Empire. The site is at an altitude of 3,701 meters. You can further explore the city and wander through the Plaza de Armas and the Qorikancha Temple by noon. In the evening you can go shopping at the San Pedro Market and get yourself some local products/textiles.

  • Day 7: Cusco/Lima

    We'll take a plane back to Lima after a filling breakfast. You will have leisure time to see Lima's various attractions after you arrive. You would like to take a walk in one of the city's lovely parks or visit the shoreline Miraflores neighborhood. I'd be pleased to offer suggestions in accordance with your tastes. We'll get together for a farewell supper in the evening and discuss the high points of our trip around Peru.

  • Day 8: Lima/Copacabana

    Shores and coasts are there to roll, so pack your bag this morning; after breakfast, we’ll fly from Lima to Copacabana, a pacific town on the shores of Lake Titicaca. After a little rest, you can go out to explore the Basilica of Our Lady of Copacabana. Don't miss the chance to enjoy the scrumptious dinner beside the gorgeous lake.

  • Day 9: Copacabana/La Paz

    Today is another day with another adventure. Today it will take you to the Sun Island (Isla de Sol), a place that holds the highest place in Inca mythology. Here I will make you familiar with the history of this mystical Island. After that I will take you to La Paz—the capital of Bolivia at (3,500 m) altitude. Here I will let you acclimate to the city and let you enjoy the fullest while exploring La Paz.

  • Day 10: La Paz/Sucre

    Colonial architecture is not just buildings but tales of time that will let you transcend the boundaries of time, letting you live in the past. Sucre—Bolivia’s capital—is known for its gorgeous colonial architectural masterpieces. You can visit the grand plazas and the Galaxial National Library while I narrate the history and cultural traditions of Sucre. Later in the evening, you can enjoy a Bolivian dinner together with me while enjoying the serene evening.

  • Day 11: Potosi Countryside

    We're going to Potosí, a town that was historically among the richest in the world because of its silver mining, after brunch today. I'll give you a tour of some local communities and teach you about the old-fashioned methods of mining while we drive across the countryside. Following an exciting day of discovery, we will head back to Potosí for a restful evening while considering the history we have come across.

  • Day 12: Potosí/Uyuni

    Trains don't just let people travel, but also stories and history with it. Today after wrapping up the breakfast, I will take you to Uyuni, but not before making a halt at a famous train graveyard, where you can see old locomotives rusting in the desert, letting you feel the story that might have occurred in these now brazen wagons. Upon reaching our destination, we will retire to our accommodation for some rest and rejuvenation; after that, you will have dinner with me while I share interesting facts about Uyuni.

  • Day 13: Uyuni

    Salt isn't just for food but also to satiate your hunger for adventure and exploration. Today I will take you to Salar de Uyuni—the largest salt flat (3,900 sq mi). Want to cross the salt crust? Well, it might take around half a day; still, I can take you a little far to capture the bewildering beauty and mesmerizing sight. After that I will take you to Incahuasi—known for its largest cacti. We will witness the sunset at the end—a perfect ending to a surreal day.

  • Day 14: Uyuni/La Paz

    We'll take a plane returning to La Paz following breakfast. During your spare time, you may take in the expansive vistas from one of the vantage points or visit the city's vibrant markets. We'll get together in the evening to enjoy a delectable meal and exchange tales about our adventures around Bolivia's stunning scenery.

  • Day 15: La Paz

    Today I will take you to the legendary Moon Valley, formed by wind erosion, producing jagged spikes, depressions, and salt flats; its breathtaking sunsets and lunar-like aspect have made it a favorite tourist attraction. Revered for its enigmatic rock formations and other beautiful visuals and iconic destinations, I will let you explore the sites before we head together for lunch and then leave for the accommodation.

  • Day 16: La Paz

    Here comes the day when you are going to wrap up your trip. However, before you leave, I will take you to a local museum to explore, stroll through the Witches market, or you can spend your day relaxing and rejuvenating. Later I will drop you off at the airport to bid adieu to this Peru and Bolivia trip, but with deep essence entrapped in you. Ciao!
