In the evening I will give you an insight about your upcoming adventure so that you can acclimatize yourself accordingly.

  • Day 2: Delhi to Agra, via Mathura and Vrindavan

Our day will start with a trip to Agra, famous for the magnificently gorgeous Taj Mahal, but wait! We are on a spiritual trip, and you can't miss visiting Mathura and Vrindavan—the vibe here is so ethereal and divine that you can't help but lose yourself in it. Our first stop will be Mathura—the birthplace of Hindu god Krishna—followed by a trip to Vrindavan—Krishna’s childhood home. You will see the tranquil ghats along the Yamuna River and the serene Banke Bihari Temple. After that, we travel on to Agra, where we will see the famous Taj Mahal. We'll spend the evening appreciating this architectural masterpiece and discovering its enduring beauty.

  • Day 3: Agra to Varanasi by Overnight Train

Today our day will be filled with a trip to the magnificent Taj Mahal. With this you will be amazed by this lesser-known point of view, I assure you! I'll then take you to see the Taj Mahal after that. Yes, there before you is the pinnacle of love. Give your eyes permission to appreciate the brilliant and beautiful calligraphy, symmetry, perspective, scale, symbolism, and light-shadow play. After that I will take you to Varanasi, a city situated on the bank of the Ganges, filled with temples and holy vibes of Ganga Ghat Aarti. I will show you what divinity looks like.

  • Day 4: Arrival at Varanasi Railway Station and Excursion to Sarnath

We get to Varanasi early, and I'll show you Sarnath, one of Buddhism's holiest sites. After achieving enlightenment, Lord Buddha gave his first discourse here. We'll go to the Sarnath Museum, the Ashoka Pillar, and the Dhamek Stupa. In order to help you consider the teachings of Buddha, I will also lead you in a special meditation session with a local monk. Later, we'll travel to the Ghats for the renowned Ganga Aarti, which is a very captivating spectacle.

  • Day 5: Varanasi to Bodhgaya

Our day will begin with an extended visit to Bodhgaya—the land of spirituality where Buddha attained enlightenment. Beginning from the Mahabodhi Temple, our next stop will be the Sacred Bodhi Tree—the fig tree under which Buddha attained divine knowledge. Once we are done with strolling around the temple complex, I will take you to the spiritual journaling activity. Here you can note down your own thoughts, experience, or your outlook on Buddhism and Buddha's teaching.

  • Day 6: Bodhgaya to Kushinagar

We're going to Kushinagar today, the location of Buddha's Nirvana. We will see the well-known reclining Buddha statue at the Mahaparinirvana Temple in Kushinagar. In order to consider Buddha's teachings regarding the transience of life, we will also participate in a unique meditation session here. After that, I'll take you to a peaceful location nearby so you can explore off the usual route and discuss Buddhist philosophy with a local monk.

  • Day 7: Kushinagar to Lumbini

After our elated trip to Kushinagar, we will set off straight to the journey towards Lumbini. Upon coming here, our first stop will be Lumbini Garden, followed by a trip to the Maya Devi Temple—the birthplace of Buddha. Indulge yourself in the serene and calm environment of the place. I will take you to enjoy the pristine and serene view of Sacred Pond, where Queen Maya—Gautam Buddha's mother—took a bath before birthing him. You can even perform meditation and have a walk around the garden to experience the peaceful environment of the garden.

  • Day 8: Lumbini City Tour

Lumbini is not just a place but a complete vibe! With numerous places to visit and explore and a deeper understanding of the history of Buddhism and Lord Buddha, our next milestone destination to visit is the Lumbini Museum. Discreetly preserving the artifacts from Buddha's life, it shed light on the life of Buddha and the lives of people around it. Also, I will take you on a ride to Lumbini Lake, where you can not only enjoy the ride but also reflect on the divine teaching of Buddha.

  • Day 9: Lumbini to Sravasti

Our spiritual trip doesn't end here at Lumbini! The next stoppage will be Sarasvati, an abode to Buddha where he delivered his countless teachings. After that we will pay a visit to Jetavan Monastery—established by King Prasenjit of Kosala during the 6th century BCE—and Angulimala Stupa, a place that served as a milestone for Buddha’s teachings. Angulimala is also reflective of the abolition of the caste system that Lord Buddha propagated. Emitting the spiritual ambience, these places will let you experience the true joy of divinity.

  • Day 10: Sravasti to Lucknow

Come to Lucknow, the city of Nawabs with hearty cuisine, rich language and culture, and evening retreats! Today I will take you to Lucknow, which has its pages stained with history and previous records of life that reflect its rich heritage.
